EJIKE NWUBA, LL.B (Hons),BL

Ejike Nwuba is a sterling educator, bestselling author, corporate trainer, business consultant, motivational speaker, and seasoned lawyer. Ejike is a first-rate corporate trainer and has trained and impacted the lives of thousands of individuals and professionals in several multinational corporations, mid-sized companies, small businesses and diverse organizations for over 10 years. Ejike is the Chief Executive Officer of The Renaissanceafrica Company Limited, a leading training and consulting firm in Nigeria. Renaissanceafrica is a lead consultant with The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Ejike is the author of the bestselling book: THE MAKING OF CHAMPIONS: How To Unleash Your Innate Greatness – a penetrating personal development and leadership book orchestrated to inspire Africans to discover, develop, and deploy their innate potential to impact the world. The Making of Champions Course emanating from the book has been adopted for capacity-building initiatives by several international and indigenous organizations, and myriads of educational institutions. Ejike has been featured severally on different mass media including Vanguard Newspaper, Silverbird TV, Inspiration 92.3 FM Lagos, Loveworld Plus TV, Broad Street Radio and Orient Daily Newspaper, among others. Ejike was named among the 100 Most Distinguished CEOs to Look Out For in 2021 by Silverbird Television EOM Business Network. Ejike was appointed as a 2021 Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Business Mentor and a member of the TEF Mentors Global Guild. Ejike also heads the Learning & Development Unit of The OISA Foundation Teachers’ Training Institute. Ejike was the Best Graduating Student from the Faculty of Law, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in 2006 with a GPA of 4.3. He was called to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2007. Ejike was a top associate with Akinjide & Co, Barristers, Solicitors, Arbitrators and Specialists in Oil & Gas, a leading law international law firm in Lagos Nigeria, under the leadership of the highly esteemed legal pundit, Chief Richard Akinjide, CON, SAN, FCI. Arb. Ejike was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos. Ejike comes from a family of teachers, his parents are both distinguished University Professors.
MR OLUSEGUN AKANJI
With about 16 years presence in the formal work space, Segun has over a decade experience in financial services covering commercial banking, investment banking and insurance. He acquired consulting exposure as a strategy and business transformation subject matter expert working with leading global firms – Accenture and Deloitte. He is passionate about business transformation, innovation and project finance across sectors with specific interest in real estate. He has attended a number of capacity building sessions within and outside Nigeria. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Wharton University Real Estate Centre. He holds a B.Sc and M.Sc from the University of Lagos. He is also an MBA alumnus of Lagos State University and University of Bangor, UK. He is an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Scotland and Wales.
OLUWAYEMISI FAJEMIDAGBA
Oluwayemisi is a seasoned corporate trainer and human resources management consultant with wealth of experience spanning over 14 years. She has vast experience as a seasoned consultant with both private and public sectors. She is a DDI (Delloite) certified facilitator/trainer. In the course of her exceptional career, she worked with IBM West Africa as Regional Learning Integrator for Central, East and West Africa.
In this role, she was responsible for employee training needs identification, training delivery and implementation, driving and increasing employee participation at training, coordination of mandatory global learning programs within the region. She also worked with MTN Nigeria where she held different roles including; Learning Advisor, Facilitator, Performance Analyst and Training Administrator during her 7-year stay in the company. Oluwayemisi is a graduate of University of Ilorin and holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Wales.
PHARM. STEVE OBAMI
Steve Obami is a professional pharmacist with strong experience and competences in sales management, marketing management, business development and leadership, with wealth of experience spanning over a period of 23 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Steve is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and holds a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Benin. Steve has a proven track record of successes in the pharmaceutical industry having worked for multinational companies. He was Medical Representative, Glaxosmithkline 1995-1999; Senior Medical Representative, AstraZeneca 1999-2002; and later joined Fidson Healthcare Plc in 2002 as Regional Sales Manager and rose to the position of General Manager, Marketing in 2006. Steve left Fidson in 2010 and founded an indigenous pharmaceutical company, Applepharma which he currently manages as the Chief Executive Officer. Steve attended several local and international trainings.
EMEKA MBEGBU
Emeka Mbegbu is a guru in Accounting and is a seasoned trainer and consultant in Accounting, Financial Management and Tax Management. He has been a Chartered Accountant since 1985 with immense wealth of experience spanning over 32 years. After starting his career with an accounting firm he joined Universal Trust Bank (now part of Union Bank) and rose to the rank of Chief Inspector of the bank nationwide. Mr Mbegbu
later set up an Accounting Firm with its subsidiary, Vemex Computer School of Accountancy. In the course of his career, he attended many training courses and seminars both locally and internationally. He served as member of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Nigerian Institute of Bankers. He has also facilitated many courses and seminars, particularly in the areas of Forensic Investigation and Fraud Control, Financial Analysis and Investment Techniques, and Credit Administration. He is a prolific writer with many books to his credit. He graduated with a Second class, Upper Division from University of Benin.
MR MIKE IYOGBON
Michael is a maverick in sales and marketing. He is a top sales consultant with a wealth of experience in sales and marketing spanning over 10 years in the pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods industries. Michael has successfully managed sales teams of several top companies such as Eko Supreme Resources (subsidiary of Wings Group, Indonesia), The Peach Company, Universal Furniture, 3D Impact Marketing, and Orange Group. Presently he is the Area Sales Manager of Hayat Kimya Nigeria, a multinational pharmaceutical. He earned his first degree from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State and has a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from Delta State University. He has attended local and international training programs. He has garnered several local and international awards and recognitions for his outstanding results.
